I just talked to Supervisor Janet Nguyen and she told me her office did not leak the pension memo, that she is still considering the merits of the possible constitutional lawsuit, and she emphasized that she is against retroactive pension spiking.

I’m no fan of Janet Nguyen but I think an apology is appropriate Steven. I don’t know what liberaterian philosophy you were following when you basically branded her a traitor simply because she didn’t respond to your inquiry fast enough, but it was really shoddy work on your part.

You should issue an apology to her. It’s a shame to quickly condemn her without a proof or a decent investigation.
