Bumper sticker wisdom: change

Sometimes we lament that as a nation we’ve moved beyond bumper stickers. It was so comforting to identify neighbors when they wore their ideology on their bumper.

Here’s a new bumper sticker making inroads, as it were:

“Every Disaster is a CHANGE

 Gee, we bet some folks hadn’t thought of it that way. We have no pecuniary interest, but here’s where you can get one.

    So you prefer the status quo of increasing the size of government and increased debt to passed along?

    That is what Obama’s opponent suggests. He’s made it clear he’s for continuing the present policy.

    Not every change is a disaster. Unless of course you work in a business that is in its death throes.

    I can understand your mindset given your reality.
